If you are on a 7 or 14-day free trial, you are eligible for a refund within the first 15 days from the start of your trial. Note that the 15-day money back guarantee does not apply for subscription renewals or longer trial periods.
Cancelling your subscription does not initiate the refund process. Please email us using the same email address as your Auro account, and wait for confirmation.
Due to Data Privacy Laws, we will not be able to process your request if you write to us from a different email address.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund cases where the renewal has taken place automatically when you intended to cancel your subscription but did not. Please also read Why did my subscription renew?
